Clear Skin Challenge with 5 Simple Steps!

Step 1- Cleanse every day. Try to stick to natural products. Wash your face twice a day. In the hours you spend outside, your skin accumulated dirt, bacteria, environmental pollutants and dust from the outside world. What you don’t want to do is go to bed with that same dirty skin that was outside all day. You want to give your skin a chance to breathe and allow it rejuvenate after being outside and dealing with the harsh atmosphere.

Step 2 - Moisture either with a cream, gel or oil. Using a light moisturiser, gel or oil will benefit your skin more than you think. Even if you have oily skin, keeping hydrated is important. Facial moisturizers can enhance the functioning of the stratum corneum, the uppermost layer of skin. This is made up of fat, oil, and skin cells that help keep moisture in the skin. Applying a moisturizer to your face can increase the moisture level, prevent skin from drying out, and, if the moisturizer contains a sunscreen, also protect against sun damage.

Step 3 - DO NOT touch your skin! If you are acne-prone, face-touching can lead to breakouts. It triggers acne; this is caused by three factors, excess oil, skin shedding and acnes bacteria. What touching can do is spread existing acne, the culprit behind red inflammatory acne papules, pustules and cysts. On the surface and beneath the surface of the skin. Beneath the skin is where it does the most damage because it can spread to other pores, therefore, resulting in yet another pimple.

Step 4 - Get Professional Facial about week 3 - 4 week A facial is essentially a multi-step skin treatment that is one of the best ways to take care of your skin. A facial cleanses, exfoliates, and nourishes the skin, promoting a clear, well-hydrated complexion and can help your skin look younger. You also receive advice on the best way to take care of your skin. A facial works best when it is part of an on-going program of skin care.

Step 5 - Drink water to stay hydrate Drinking water can make your skin glow, give you a healthier and fresher appearance, your wrinkles are less noticeable when skin cells are hydrated and overall just make you feel so much better than drinking a fizzy drink.
